Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 5 calendar days to request a refund from the date of purchase from NTPA Tax System or website. After 5 days, no refunds will be issued.

Note: For the purposes of this Policy, when we refer to “you” or “customer,” we mean any past, current, or prospective customer of NTPA, Tax System, including any visitor to one of our sites.

Refer a Friend

If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our services, we will ask for your friend’s name and email address.
