Mobile Application Terms of Use Last Updated: October 2025

PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING MOBILE APPLICATION TERMS OF USE (“TERMS OF USE”) BEFORE ACTIVATING OR OTHERWISE USING THE MOBILE APPLICATION AND ITS RELATED SERVICES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “MOBILE APP”). BY CLICKING ON THE BUTTON BELOW, PROCEEDING WITH THE MOBILE APP ACTIVATION OR OTHERWISE USING THE MOBILE APP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE AND REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE RIGHT, AUTHORITY, AND CAPACITY TO ENTER INTO THESE TERMS OF USE.

The following Terms of Use apply to the Mobile App, operated by National Tax Preparers of America, Inc. ( “NTPA” )and provided to you by this tax firm (“Tax Firm”) who is preparing and submitting your tax return(s) (hereinafter, Tax Firm and NTPA  will be collectively referred to as “we”, “our” or “us”). By accessing or using the Mobile App on your mobile device or other equipment (“Device”), you acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older and you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use in their entirety, along with any modifications to these Terms of Use, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use, any additional terms applicable to certain content and features, and all applicable laws, rules and regulations governing your use of the Mobile App.

We may add to, delete or change these Terms of Use without notice to you and to the fullest extent under applicable law, your continued use of the Mobile App constitutes your agreement to all such changes. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features or services that augment or enhance the Mobile App in the future shall be considered part of the Mobile App and subject to these Terms of Use.

The Terms of Use includes by reference:

– Additional terms and conditions, from agreements signed between the parties; and

– Any terms provided separately to you, including product and program terms, ordering, activation, payment terms, etc.

FEATURES OF THE MOBILE APP

– Conveniently enter your tax information and sign your return without having to visit our office. Securely upload your tax information. and submit important financial documents.

– Communicate directly with us using secure, integrated messaging.

– Check the status of your return before and after filing.

– Easily access our website and social media accounts or other important IRS sites.

We hereby license to you, on a revocable, non-exclusive, non- sublicensable and otherwise nontransferable basis, and subject to the Terms of Use, the limited right to install, access, and use the Mobile App on a personal Device owned or controlled by you, solely for your own personal, noncommercial use. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, loan, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, frame, create derivative works from, transfer, or otherwise use in any other way for commercial or public purposes in whole or in part any information, software, products or services obtained from the Mobile App, except for the purposes expressly provided herein, without our prior written approval. Unauthorized use of the Mobile App, including, but not limited to, unauthorized entry into our systems, misuse of passwords or misuse of any other information, is strictly prohibited. You agree that you will not access or use the Mobile App or otherwise engage in any activities related to the Mobile App, contrary to applicable laws or regulations. You agree not to provide access to your Device together with your user id and password to others. You are responsible for all your use of the Mobile App and for ensuring that your use of or access to the Mobile App complies fully with these Terms of Use. You acknowledge and agree that any use of the Mobile App occurring through the installed Mobile App shall be deemed to be your actions and that we may rely upon such actions. You are solely responsible for protecting the security of the installed Mobile App on your Device.

You are responsible for obtaining, installing, maintaining and operating all software, hardware or other equipment (collectively, “Systems”) necessary for you to access and use the Mobile App. This responsibility includes, without limitation, utilizing up to date web-browsers and access devices and the best commercially available encryption, antivirus, anti-spyware, and internet security software. You are additionally responsible for obtaining Internet services via the Internet service provider of your choice, for any and all fees imposed by such Internet service provider and any associated communications service provider charges. You acknowledge that there are certain security, corruption, transmission errors, and access availability risks associated with using open networks such as the Internet and you hereby expressly assume such risks. You acknowledge that you are responsible for the data security of the Systems used to access the Mobile App, and for the transmission and receipt of information (including taxpayer information) using such Systems. You acknowledge that you have requested the Mobile App for your convenience, have made your own independent assessment of the adequacy of the Internet and Systems and that you are satisfied with that assessment. We are not responsible for any errors or problems that arise from the malfunction or failure of the Internet, or your Systems nor are we responsible for notifying you of any upgrades, fixes, or enhancements to, or for providing technical or other support for your Systems. Although we may provide a link to a third-party site where you may download software, we make no endorsement of any specific software, hardware or Internet Service Provider and your use of any such software, hardware or service may also be subject to the license or other agreements of that provider, in addition to the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use.
